Venus Factor Diet Plan Explained. The Basics.

Well, to be honest surfing other websites couldn’t do much help for me to find answers to most of my serious questions about Venus Factor, until I got to read many books myself and clarified the doubts with my girlfriend. Well she's kind of a research girl you know. She knows the exact science behind the weight loss. So my blog is going to be more or less a research work, yet I try my best to explain everything in easiest way possible so that any of you can follow it easily. These are the basic theories before we understand how does the Venus Factor works.

So from here onwards, it's going to be like,

In our 1st blog post, let me draw your attention to some of the important key words like calorie, metabolism, slow metabolism, moderate metabolism, fast metabolism, BMR and metabolism rate. Finally let’s look at the role of these words in weight loss.

CALORIE

Have you ever bothered to think about what does calorie mean?  Anyway allow me to explain.
According to Wikipedia calorie is “the energy needed to increase the temperature of a given mass of water by 1 °C depends on the atmospheric pressure and the starting temperature”.
All I want to say, that it's a way of measuring energy. When it comes to human stuff, rather than using the term energy they call it calorie. Ok now I think the term calorie is understood by everyone. So let’s move to the word metabolism.

METABOLISM

Well, in order to function as human beings, our heart, brain and all the other organs inside the body use energy. (Energy or in other words calories we get eating food).
According to the Wikipedia, “Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. These enzyme-catalyzed reactions allow organisms to grow and reproduce, maintain their structures, and respond to their environments."

Your metabolism can be any of the following.
  • Slow Metabolism: If you have this kind of personality, You have no difficulty putting on weight. But putting off weight, well that’s a different story ;)
  • Moderate Metabolism: With some effort you can gain weight. With some effort you can lose weight. Loosing and gaining weight is not much of a problem to you
  • Fast Metabolism: I found a quite interesting story about fast metabolism in Usain Bolt's article. It’s like no matter what you eat, you wouldn’t gain weight if you have a fast metabolism.
So if you have a slow metabolism, learning to improve your metabolism is the key factor to lose your weight.

BMR

BMR basically calculates your metabolic rate. Depending on the value you can have an idea about whether you have a slow, moderate or fast metabolism.

Now comes the important part,

HOW DOES THE WEIGHT LOSE OCCUR?

Let’s look at the following equation.
Calorie for metabolism (1500) – Calorie from food (1300) = Calorie deficit (200)

According to the above equation, we can say that you have followed the core theory of weight loss. Because here, the energy required for the metabolism is higher than what you gain from food.
However body needs to get this deficient energy for their functions. Now where the hell this deficit energy comes from? It comes from burning your fat stored in the body. Think that your fat cells are like an energy (calorie) reservoir. That means your stored fat is going to be used up to supply the deficient energy. When you get rid of your fat store at the same time, you will lose your weight.
So if this is the case, why do women find it very difficult to follow this simple theory to lose their weight? What the point of trying Venus Factor diet plan over other diet plans? Wouldn’t all the other diet plans do the same thing?
Answer is NO
Because unfortunately, only by following above theory women found that they cannot have long term results. Even by now, you might have experienced frustrating weight loss plateaus during the cause of diet and terrible rebound weight gains soon after you stop the diet plan.
