Well, to be honest surfing other websites couldn’t do much help for me to find answers to most of my serious questions about Venus Factor, until I got to read many books myself and clarified the doubts with my girlfriend. Well she's kind of a research girl you know. She knows the exact science behind the weight loss. So my blog is going to be more or less a research work, yet I try my best to explain everything in easiest way possible so that any of you can follow it easily. These are the basic theories before we understand how does the Venus Factor works.

So if this is the case, why do women find it very difficult to follow this simple theory to lose their weight? What the point of trying Venus Factor diet plan over other diet plans? Wouldn’t all the other diet plans do the same thing?

- Slow Metabolism: If you have this kind of personality, You have no difficulty putting on weight. But putting off weight, well that’s a different story ;)
- Moderate Metabolism: With some effort you can gain weight. With some effort you can lose weight. Loosing and gaining weight is not much of a problem to you
- Fast Metabolism: I found a quite interesting story about fast metabolism in Usain Bolt's article. It’s like no matter what you eat, you wouldn’t gain weight if you have a fast metabolism.
BMR
BMR basically calculates your metabolic rate. Depending on the value you can have an idea about whether you have a slow, moderate or fast metabolism.
